Edgewater NW began as a consulting firm specializing in onsite sewage treatment (septic) system design.
Our original motto is:
"Solutions for Difficult Sites."
We have designed many septic systems for properties that had been turned down as impossible sites. As a former county “ sanitarian” (Registered Environmental Health Specialist REHS working in Onsite Wastewater issues)we know what needs to be looked at and done to get results. We provide technical as well as regulatory know-how to overcome your property's challenging conditions.
SEPTIC SYSTEM MAINTENANCE (O&M)
In addition to design / consulting we also provide monitoring and maintenance for septic systems. This includes operations and maintenance (O+M) for existing systems, cleaning, flushing and jetting pressure laterals and screen vaults in sand filters, recirculating gravel and Advantex textile filters. We take influent / effluent samples for laboratory analysis and we interpret those reports for the owner so that they understand how the systems operate.
We are an Authorized Dealer and Service Provider for Advantex AX systems.
Unfortunately, as our practice has grown, we are no longer able to provide
SEPTIC SYSTEM INSPECTION / EVALUATION
Septic System Inspectors. We are Oregon DEQ Septic Smart inspectors. We have done thousands of septic system evaluations / reports.
